Decided to stop by a few days ago and wasn't disappointed. Gabby was amazing and answered all of our questions and provided a lot of information about the products and brand. She even brought us complimentary sparkling waters ! The store smelled great, we're happy to finally have a Tecovas here in Tucson !

Oh my goodness Dalton was amazing. I generally hate people and dislike going to malls so when I initially called to see if they had my size in a boot that's been sold out online forever, I was blessed to be met with Dalton on the other end of the line. He was super helpful and quick to find the color and size in the boot I requested, put it on hold for me, and told me to ask for him when I came in the following day. Tbh, I completely forgot his name but when I walked up and said my name he knew immediately who I was and went to grab my boots. He asked me and my friend I brought with me if we wanted water and he gave us both with a Tecova koozie on it!! While he was ringing me up, he ended up giving me the online discount I was intending on getting if and when it was finally in stock, and even threw in a pair of socks for me. He's the best and I'll def be back in for another pair of boots. 10/10 great hair.

I have 3 pairs of Tecovas boots and a pair of slides. I purchased 3 out of the four at the Tucson location. One online. Every experience 5 star. I’m enjoying all of my purchases. I stopped in with the hopes of buying another pair of boots. I decided on the Jamie 2 in the color Scotch. We decided my correct size was 8.5. Pretty true to size for me. I tried the scotch color, a pair in red and the Ostrich two-toned all in an 8.5. All fit right out of the box. I noticed a small defect in the Scotch boot. They brought out a different pair. I was shocked at how hard they were to put on. They weren’t that comfy. I was assured that they would be fine once I wore them a few times. The heel was weird. Not sure how to describe it. Just not right. I wore them around the house that night. I took them back the next day and asked to have them stretched. Three different areas. They were in the process of stretching them when I stopped back to try on the boots again. I could tell that these would never be right. I asked to try on a different 8.5. The same boot same color. Like night and day. Comfy right off the bat. They suggested we just switch them out. They wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I never suggested it because I asked to have them stretched. Didn’t think they would do it. I’m so impressed with this store and Tecovas in general. You don’t know how happy I was. Thank you Tucson Tecovas. You’re the best.

A fantastic shopping experience! I’ve enjoyed Tecovas coming to Tucson. Ordering stuff online is fine, but nothing beats a trip to the shop. The staff is super welcoming, helpful and there is no pressure. It’s become a go to spot for gifts, too. For grad season, personalized, branded Dopp kits have been a big hit. And today Javier personalized a pair of boots I bought last year. And shined them up for me. He was very fun to trade stories with. Great spot. Enjoyed my stop in.

Outstanding experience. Dalton along with his team were totally customer concentric from start to finish. My wife and I have visited this store twice this month and have been equally impressed both times. It has become very difficult to find this level of service and a manager and his team so committed to representing and supporting their brand. Thank you Dalton and team.

You can order Tecovas online, but you would be missing out on the truly exceptional customer experience found at the Tucson store in La Encantada. Super helpful and kind staff with no judgment. The GM, Dalton, has done an amazing job creating a warm and inviting environment. I love everything about the Tecovas brand - quality, style and pricing. Even though I have a tough foot to fit, Dalton had been patient and exceedingly helpful in finding the perfect pairs for me. Yes, I’ve bought multiple boots (and apparel) here and will continue to do so. They are that good!

First time in this store, and first time buying cowboy boots in about 30 years. Compared to the other stores I tried, the service was great, selection streamlined and not confusing, and the boots I bought are simple, beautiful, comfortable and just what I was looking for. Will shop here again with no reservations.

The team at Tecovas Tucson is amazing! They’re always so friendly and welcoming to me, my husband, and our daughter. We almost always find a new pair we love, and they always help us find exactly what we need. Such a great store with the best people!
